From Knowing Nothing About Coffee To Finding My Craft
I didn’t start my journey as someone who knew coffee. When I first entered a restaurant, I knew almost nothing about coffee, espresso machines, or even the names of different coffee drinks.
But that first experience introduced me to a completely new world. I started learning how the machine worked, how coffee was prepared, and what it meant to serve a good cup.
What started as a job slowly became a skill, then an interest, and eventually a passion.
My Barista Journey
This is where my journey as a barista began. I started with almost
no knowledge of coffee, espresso machines, or specialty drinks. Everything was new to me, but I was ready to learn, practice, and grow.
